PileManager
Bored piling · site records

The day's paperwork, finished before the crew leaves site.

PileManager takes the forms your teams already fill in by hand — pile logs, daily production, diesel — and turns them into one checked, reportable record. Figures are worked out as they are typed, mistakes are caught on the spot, and management sees the position of the works the same evening.

  • Nothing added up twice — concrete volumes, overbreak, cycle times and fuel per working hour are calculated from the values already entered.
  • Errors caught at the source — levels in the wrong order, or a delivery that cannot balance, are flagged before the record is filed.
  • One click to a signed report — any record prints as a PDF, and the daily production report fills itself in from that day's pile logs.
  • Your server, your data — runs on Plesk with PHP and MariaDB. No subscription, and nothing leaves the company.

One board, instead of five spreadsheets

Planned against completed piles by location and section, drilled metres per day, plant utilisation, delay reasons and fuel consumption — every figure built from the records the site has already entered. Choose a month, a bridge location or a section and the whole board follows.

  • No end-of-month compilation by hand
  • Prints as it stands, for the progress meeting
  • Every figure traces back to the report that produced it

The register

Every report, searchable, with its status on it

Filter by report type, date range, section, structure or pile number. Draft, submitted and approved are visible at a glance. Anything on the screen exports to CSV, and any single record prints as a signed PDF.

  • Records lock after the day closes — the hour is yours to set
  • Every edit is kept with its author and the time it was made
  • One report per planned pile, so nothing is filed twice

A form that does the arithmetic

The operator types what was measured. Depths, durations, theoretical volume, the difference against what was actually poured and the resulting overbreak appear as they go. The layout follows the paper form the crew already knows, section by section.

  • Works on a phone, a tablet or the site office PC
  • Soil layers, delivery slips and reinforcement as repeating rows
  • Saved as a draft first, submitted when the day is complete

The forms, as your office wrote them

Each report type is built from your own Excel form — the same headings, the same units, the same order — so there is nothing new for the crew to learn.

Daily Piling Report Bored pile production record — drilling, reinforcement, concreting and bentonite values
Daily Production Report Site-wide daily report — personnel, equipment, materials, HSE and production output
Diesel Consumption Record Daily diesel issuance and consumption per machine

How a day runs

1 Record The crew fills in the day's reports as the work happens — one per pile, one per day for production and diesel.
2 Check Formulas and consistency rules run while they type. A record that cannot be right is not accepted.
3 Report Management opens the board, or receives the daily summary as a PDF by email.
