Three screens for three different questions.
Overview — how is this site doing?
The board a client is shown. A fixed layout so it reads the same every week:
- The top row of figures — bridges, planned piles, completed, progress, active machines, concrete.
- Progress by KM location — completed against planned, bridge by bridge.
- Planned vs actual (%) — the S-curve. The dashed line is the programme spread over the months between the project's start and finish dates; the solid line is what has actually been logged. The badge says ahead or behind, in points. Without the two dates the panel says what it needs rather than inventing a curve.
- Daily production (m) — metres drilled per day.
- Rig utilisation, delay reasons, concrete (m³) per day.
- People on site — the roster for the last day it was marked, by trade.
- Stores — what moved in the period, what is running out, what is on the road.
- Material movement, fuel, material categories, plant and equipment, manpower.
Everything filters together: pick a month, a section or a bridge and the whole board follows.
Dashboard — what do the records say?
Per report type: the figures that report collects, trended over the period, with the breakdowns each one carries. This is the screen for "what is our average cycle time" rather than "how are we doing".
All sites — where is everything this morning?
One line per site: people on the books, people on site today, stores, stock lines and how many are below their level. The question a head office asks that no per-site board can answer.
Getting it out
- Summary produces a PDF for the period — the progress meeting handout.
- Any register exports to CSV.
- Any single record prints as a PDF exactly as filed.
